We hope that you and your families have remained safe and healthy during this challenging time, and greatly appreciate all of you who have reached out to support us over the past two months while we were closed.
Thankfully, we now have some good news to share. We are thrilled to be reopening our Greenwich and New Canaan stores on Wednesday, May 20th!
Our top priority is for you to be safe and feel comfortable. That’s why we want to share these important changes we’ve made to best protect our guests and employees:

Limited number of guests at one time: To maintain social distancing, we are allowing a limited number of guests in the store at one time. We ask for your patience if you are asked to wait outside or in your car until we can best assist you.

Keeping it healthy and clean: All employees will have their temperatures checked via an infrared thermometer upon arrival each day and be sent home if their temperature is not normal. Temperature check is available to guests upon request. We also have steps in place to ensure jewelry and timepieces are cleaned before and after each interaction, plus policies to ensure guests and employees' hands are clean or gloved.

Protective masks: All employees will be wearing protective face masks, and we will be asking our guests to wear face coverings as well. We will provide masks and gloves to our guests who need them.

Service: We understand that many of you are waiting for watch and jewelry repairs that were brought in prior to the pandemic. Our service team will be back in store at full force, including our onsite watchmaker and master goldsmith, but we will be starting our repair service slowly, getting updates on your repairs from the different manufacturers who are servicing them as well as our in-house and offsite watchmakers. Please call the store (203) 622-1414 with questions about your repair needs before you visit us. We will be doing battery changes, but will not be able to complete them while you wait as we have in the past. We will ask you to leave them with us as you would any other repair and we will contact you when ready for pickup. We also request that all watches and jewelry be disinfected prior to being dropped off.

Selling us your jewelry and watches: We will still be buying select jewelry and watches from the public; however, it will be by appointment only. Please call the store or visit our website to make an appointment in advance.

E-commerce and Virtual Shopping Still Available: We recognize that some are not ready to visit us in person. For those, we invite you to visit our website or make an appointment for a Virtual Shopping Session with one of our expert associates, so we can service you remotely! As a reminder, we will also continue to offer curb-side pick up for your convenience. Please call the store (203) 622-1414 to make arrangements.
